Meet Emilia Vaziri
Emilia Vaziri is a lifelong Cranston resident, City Councilwoman, marketing professional, and business owner. A graduate of Cranston High School West, she has coached middle school track and high school volleyball, mentoring Cranston's next generation both on and off the field.

Strong schools build a stronger Cranston. Emilia is committed to supporting our students, teachers, and families by advocating for safe, well-maintained school facilities and ensuring every child has the resources they need to succeed.

Supporting Public Safety
Keeping Cranston safe is non-negotiable. Emilia will continue to support our police, fire, and first responders by ensuring they have the tools, staffing, and resources needed to protect our community — while prioritizing safety in every neighborhood.

Fiscal Responsibility & Lower Taxes
Cranston families are working harder than ever, yet too many feel the squeeze of rising costs and an ever-growing tax burden. Emilia believes government must live within its means — just like the families it serves. As Citywide Councilwoman, she will push for responsible budgeting, demand accountability in city spending, and fight against unnecessary tax increases — ensuring every dollar spent delivers real value to Cranston residents and that fiscal discipline remains a cornerstone of city government.
